Thank you for your interest in purchasing quality, home grown beef from Mountain Valley Beef. Our family has been providing choice beef raised here on our ranch for over 60 years. All our beef is "Truly Natural" meaning we do not use performance enhancing growth hormones commonly used to promote faster weight gain. Our cows eat a strict vegetarian diet without any animal by-products, beef tallow, or GMO's. We also boast superior genetics in purebred Black Angus and Hereford breeds. As a result of our selective breeding, our meat has high marbling for great flavor and tenderness.
We offer grass fed beef which reduces the fat and increases omega-3 fatty acids and cancer-fighting CLA(visit www.eatwild.com for more information about health benefits). Our cows live their entire life on our ranch, grazing freely on Wyoming's high elevation, high protein grass; not shipped to and fed in some out-of-state feedlot. This year's crop of beef will be ready for butcher during the Fall 2014.
